| Like dancing collages, video has allowed my artwork to move.
I wanted to combine motion with the fundamental elements that have always inspired me to make art - and thatÂ’s how I transitioned into video.
I can walk alone in the woods along a path that follows a creek and, through a video piece, leading people through my source of inspiration. Using the computer to edit, I can then juxtapose the layers of video imagery with the still images I create in my collages and reach a new level of visual communication. |
